Cold email that gets replies

A short, specific first email to a prospect, plus two follow-ups.

Write a cold email from me to {{PROSPECT ROLE AND COMPANY}}.

Why them specifically: {{RESEARCH: something real about their company}}
Proof: {{RESULT FOR A SIMILAR CLIENT, if any}}

Rules:
- Under 90 words. Subject line under 6 words, lowercase, no clickbait.
- First sentence is about them, not me.
- One clear, low-effort ask (a yes/no question, not "a 30-minute call").
- No "I hope you're well", no buzzwords.

Then write 2 follow-ups (sent 3 and 7 days later), each under 50 words, each adding something new instead of "just bumping this".
