Build a customer persona from the real customer data below (reviews, interview notes, support tickets, survey answers).

Include:
- Who they are (role, context), only as far as the data shows
- The job they hire the product for
- Triggers: what made them start looking
- Pains, in their exact words (quote the data)
- Objections before buying
- Words they use (and words they never use)
- Where they hang out and who they trust

If the data shows 2 or more distinct groups, make one persona each. Do not fill gaps with stereotypes: write "unknown" instead.
